OUR PROMISE

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work to resolve it fairly.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

You may request a return if: The wrong item was delivered. The item arrived damaged. The item is defective upon arrival.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

Opened cigar boxes. Used products. Products damaged by customer misuse. Clearance or sale items.

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
